PLANNING APPLICATIONS

Below are details of planning applications submitted to Bradford Council, for information.  Representations, both for and against, planning applications, can be made within 3 weeks of a planning application being verified by the Council (having all required details and the fee having been paid).  Representations after the initial 3 weeks are usually also taken into consideration. 

Most planning applications are determined by qualified Planning Officers.  The more contentious ones go to the Planning Panels for determination.  Departures from the Local Plan go to the Regulatory Committee for determination..  Full details of the applications can be seen by clicking on the coloured links. Newest planning applications are listed first. When a decision is made on each application that will be shown, (e.g. whether it is Granted or Refused).
